Remembrance Sunday

St John’s church was heaving today with the great and good of the town, the military and those who come each year to remember the fallen.

Mr Totney, my organ teacher, continues to have the most tremendous and encouraging faith in my ability, having my name in the order of service as playing the Processional Voluntary. No backing out then!

Everyone took their seats and the Choir led a lovely service, broadcast to those outside and on local radio.

After the service, the ceremony continued at the cenotaph, where Baba laid a wreath on behalf of Devizes Rotary Club.

Next Sunday, I  play a hymn and Jamie is singing a solo. What a month this is!
