Maundy Thursday

The Maundy Thursday service is always a special one as we mark the last supper Jesus had with his disciples. The church was bathed in evening sunlight and looking as beautiful as ever as we remembered what happened to Jesus 2000 years ago.

The whole choir make a special effort to be there for the Easter services. Despite the solemnity of the occasion it’s a real choir family season, where past choristers come back and support us. As we left the church in silence some entered the Beauchamp chapel for the Watch.
